i learn in organizational behavior in changing times is the study of individual behavior ang group dynamics in organization.there are two kinds of dynamics organizations,the interpersonal which is person to person, and psychosocial that always have a emotion involve.
the organizational variables that affect human behavior has six affect:
the organizational sturcture,communication,performance appraisal,work design,job and organizational design.and i learn also that organizational behavior hve a goal.. and these are the goals..to obsereve,to understand,to predict future and to control the behavior that we have.
my reflection in this topic is now i know how behavior can affect the organizational variables..like if we have no communication we are no interaction with each other.
